EURASIAN SPELLING BEE 2023 COMPETITON DATES

Dear All,

Warmest greetings from ESB team!

We are delighted to announce the competition dates of Eurasian Spelling Bee 2023 Competition in English language.

Please be informed that the preliminary semi-final rounds of the competition will be run in two modes online and paper-based. However, final round exam will be taken only paper-based in Malaysia for all countries. No online exam will be available for the world finalists. We kindly ask you to contact your country coordinator for further information.

COVID-19 is almost over now, and we are happy to welcome world finalists in Penang, Malaysia in November, 2023

Registration Deadline
Deadline for ESB 2023 has been scheduled as March 20, but there might be few changes in the date depending on the exam date for the preliminary round chosen by your country coordinator. You will be informed in advance if there is any.

Preliminary round
Date: April 1-2, in your own country, but there might be few changes in the date depending on any force majeure circumstances in your country. You will be informed in advance if there is any.

Semi-final round
Date: June 10-11, in your own country, but there might be few changes in the date depending on any force majeure circumstances in your country. You will be informed in advance if there is any.

Final round
Date: November 4-5, in Penang, Malaysia. All world finalists will be invited to take the exam paper-based, and no online exam will be available for the world finals.
